NOTICE OF ANNUAL PARISH MEETING

FOR SPELSBURY PARISH

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT

The Annual Assembly of the Parish Meeting for Spelsbury parish will be held at Spelsbury Memorial Hall on Tuesday 21^st May 2024 at 7.30 pm.

This meeting is open to the residents of the parish and the public.

The business to be transacted at the meeting will be as follows:

1. To note and sign the minutes of the last meeting
2. Matters arising from the last meeting
3. To receive a report from the Chair of the Parish Council
4. To receive a report from the WODC councillor
5. To receive a report from the OCC councillor
6. To receive reports from other groups and organisations
7. To invite parishioners to raise any matters relating to the local community
